My original Samsung remote control was dying. This remote control is a direct replacement with all original features and requires no programming.

Defiantly "Made in China" but works well and lives up to expectations. I've only been using it lightly for a few months but so far so good. If you just want a cheaper replacement and don't care that it's not exactly identical to the OEM, this won't disappoint!

Couldn't believe it worked straight away. I added batteries and hit the power button. No programming or syncing was required. I've been using it for a couple of weeks with no glitches. Almost identical to my original Samsung remote that stopped working after many years. Great replacement remote so far!

When I received the product it didn't even work with new batteries. I was immediately apologized and refunded by the company for the product (no questions asked). I bought new batteries this morning and when I installed them the remote worked great. I can say that this company deserves more than 5 stars. They unquestionably stay behind what they sell. It worked fine right out of the box. I love that it glows, my old one didn't glow so that's a nice touch. The only downside is that the battery cover is raised slightly compared to the back of the remote where my old one was perfectly flush. It's not critical, but quite noticeable. However the remote works as described, it's cheaper than the OEM and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a suitable replacement. Many Thanks

I'm grateful I didn't order from Samsung and no one found the model number on Revain and looked through the pictures Same as the old plus updated hub no longer rang like the original which hadn't worked well since the TV was bought. So it seems to have been a blessing, the battery on the old one died, I got this great new one for $13.95 vs $49 for one from Samsung and it's been improved. pink tickles me :)

This remote works very well without programming and the buttons are almost in the same position as the original Samsung remote. It has a backlight that works but as you can see from the picture it's not a uniform backlight which doesn't bother me as I never use it anyway but if it's important to you I've mentioned it. Also the only downside would be that as an aftermarket product the fitting is not as good as the original ie the battery cover fits well but closes a little tighter than ideal…

Looks the same as the original Samsung remote but has a backlight option which wasn't in the original which is a big plus. The one I got with no backlight on all buttons is enough to use the remote control in the dark. (To conserve battery power, I turn off the backlight as soon as I use it in the evening).
