I am very happy with this purchase. It arrived about a week later which was today. I exchanged a dozen sterling silver hooks for them. I'm glad they don't bother my ears at all. I recently decided that I want to go back to using 40 year old silver earrings. I put on protective covers but couldn't get them in my pierced ears. I tried this polish which was supposed to prevent ear irritation. That didn't work for me. These surgical steel earwires are truly hypoallergenic. None broken or thin.

I make jewelry especially earrings and I have bought 1 ironing set but after this review I am preparing to buy a second one. They work great, are hypoallergenic and I've never had any complaints. This is more of a shiny whitish silver (not a dark gray silver). I received them just a few days after ordering (with normal shipping). I was wondering if the product was truly hypoallergenic as the other earrings on my back were irritating my ear piercings.
