The zipper is not great

The jacket itself was fine, which is what I expected. Lightning was so cheaper! From day one we had problems but I tried to make them work. Well, now it's the middle of winter and the flash doesn't work at all! I tried Contact under Armor directly and was told to go through Amazon but this is a product defect. Revain replaces her with another jacket but it's still frustrating! Maybe we just got a bad one, but it's very annoying.

Very disappointed!

Very disappointed! These jackets were ordered for our 2 and 5 year olds. The material catches on the zipper every time we pull them up and down. Very annoying for a mid/high end jacket, especially for a 5 year old who has learned to put on and take off his own jacket. Now I have to help every time. We live in an area where the temperature drops below zero. Yesterday my son had a zipper and when we undid it the whole zipper came off the rails. You must either try to buy a new zipper on the…

The clasp is bullshit. sent back.

2T's arms were so long I had to try to fold them in half to see his fingers. Then the rubber band on the wrist is so tight that the hands can hardly fit through. We tried to live with it and put it on him anyway, thinking the elastic would stretch or I'd find out something. We put it on for him to go outside for the first time this weekend.
