🔒 RSAS1002CL Undercover Lock Kit Review

My original locks on my armored lid didn't work. Found this replacement. I drilled a hole a bit and installed it. Works like new to protect the contents of my bed.

My fitment took longer because I ordered the wrong ones. I bought an old Facebook Marketplace cover. Didn't realize they were two different locks until I ordered them. My fault but I made it. Good quality and although I had to enlarge the holes it was still pretty quick.

This was just what I needed. Just don't do what I did and don't turn the old lock out of the hole. You just have to be firm to hit it right out of the hole to maintain the integrity of the hole. Otherwise the lock will twist in the hole and affect the value of the lock.

Leonard Brand trunk lid on the 2006 Colorado. The right lock is no longer closed. It was pretty weird last year, but I finally gave up. The lock cover said Undercover so I wanted the same. Runs great, looks and works the same, only brand new. Be careful which lock you put on each side as they are opposite each other.
