I used it as a spare container for transporting things on my hang glider instead of the original heavy basket. Screwed on to change the basket. Painted, looks good and works well.

Just bought this as a standard shoe shine box. I was surprised at how well it was built. I would make a similar box through Home Depot using nails or screws. It uses a dovetail design, which is insanely expensive for the price you're getting. I liked the box so much that I bought the same one again for my knife sharpening set. Of course I could buy a plastic container cheaper, but for a few euros more it seems to be of higher quality and more stable.

I found it a lot cheaper (and quicker) than building the box myself. Good knuckles, inexpensive but decent loops and clasp. BTW, 1/4" thick walls may seem flimsy, but it worked for my project. After adding the handle and footboard and painting it, I ended up with a great shoeshine box. Can't beat the price.

Very nice wooden box. Sound box with piezo pickups. Springs attach to it and it works as coma electronics Blackfly Swarm This box can also be used as a laptop cajon drum for many music projects.

It's not that big. It was supposed to have some gifts for my boyfriend (it was our wedding anniversary). I had to give him some things separately but this is a nice box. He liked that. I had a tear in me from a nail that went through a tree, but that didn't bother me. I know how stubborn nails can split wood. Although well covered. Maybe next time take the wood dust out of the box. In general, I liked the box, I recommend it.
