🧼 Efficient Cleaning with Unger Pro Stainless Steel Window Squeegee, 16 Inch Wide Blade (PR400) Review

This wiper is about the same as my old one. The triangular body has teeth that grip rubber and splint. The rubber on my old windscreen wiper no longer cleaned properly because the rubber strip was deformed by one of the teeth. The deformation left a streak down the center of the wiper track. The rubber band on the new wiper seems to stay relatively straight across all teeth.

I needed a scraper to clean loose hair around the house. With a woman who likes to comb her hair around the house and two cats that shed, my vacuum cleaner gets clogged far too often. I use this scraper to roll all my loose hair into balls and scoop them up so they don't get stuck in my vacuum. Works well on my office chair, carpet, sofa and scratching posts.

The windows in my shower room are exposed glass brick and I am mopping the walls in addition to the glass doors. This product differs from the one bought from Home Depot in that it is more expensive (bought for convenience) and in design. Every other Unger product I've bought over the years uses a clasp to attach the blade to the handle rather than screwing it on. well made and metal easy to use and fits most if not all screw in broom, mop and paint handles. I think back to all the years of using paper towels, many uses of window cleaner, up stairs and still leaving streaks when I could use a product like this and save money and time. Energy and stress from falling down the stairs. Earlier, the old-fashioned way with paper towels, when the sun shines through the window in a certain way, streaks appear. Not anymore with this product.

Works but I hate the way the folding spring secures the mop to the handle. I took it all apart and used bits from my brass scraper to make a solid mount like the original scraper I've been using for 20 years. I bought the new style because I thought the new shiny stainless steel would last longer and look new longer. But every time you squeeze the strain relief spring, the scraper will fall apart when you're in the air at 30 feet or even higher. Getting off and collecting the gear is very…
