A good product at a good price, I advise you to try it.

In my practice, this is the first Wi-Fi phone with a battery that lasts more than 2 days without recharging (how did they do that? !). Seamless roaming works correctly if you set the switching value in the phone settings to the same as in the Wi-Fi controller settings (in my case, -60dBi). Russification failed. The name of the menu items in 2022 is incorrect in places (translated by google. Translate, I hope they will fix it in the next firmware), however, XML import allows you to enter 2022โ€ฆ

Pros
  • Long-lasting battery, two radio bands: 2.4 or 5 GHz
Cons
  • Russification

Do Not Disturb - Phones and Accessories

Not registered on our SIP server. We've tried all sorts of things with no success. There is no usable documentation in the box, there is none on the web. In my opinion useless device. Its predecessor was easy to use and set up. Don't waste your time.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Negative Gift

We have 2 in use and were very satisfied.

Works very well with our PBX Mitel MiVoice Business vMCD. We also use Ubiquity hotspots. It's a SIP phone so you don't get the functionality of a Mitel phone with MiNet (extra keys/buttons, paging etc) but add an extension and it works fine. We have 2 in use and were very satisfied.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Coefficient set

We hooked them up to the Shoretel system. The only improvement I'd recommend is a louder ringer for incoming calls, as it can get pretty loud in the store, especially if you keep them in some sort of holster. So far they are way better than the analog cordless phones we have used in the past! Configuration was an easy task once we were shown how to do it. There aren't many leaders.

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Recommended: VoIP

I've always liked the idea of Wi-Fi SIP phones but there isn't a big market in the market and I've struggled to find a PBX provider that ever provided one. I decided to do it myself and got one of these Unidata phones to test out the protocol in our 100,000 square foot warehouse. Our ICW-1000G has been running for almost a year without any problems. It works great with our Samsung Officeserv 7200 PBX. Thanks to our Ruckus Wifi network, we can switch between hotspots seamlessly. The phone looksโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Great phone Documentation is a bit strange

Fantastic phone. So far so good on Day 1. While reading other reviews I found some reviews about the lack of good admin documentation for the install. Here is my installation experience: The first installation only took about an hour on Allworx 48x. ATS. Now I am familiar with the phone configuration web portal. Setting up the next ICW-100G takes 5 to 10 minutes. The incominc[dot]com admin guide is lacking in content, but enough to point me in the right direction. First, I added a generic SIPโ€ฆ
