Works very well with our PBX Mitel MiVoice Business vMCD. We also use Ubiquity hotspots. It's a SIP phone so you don't get the functionality of a Mitel phone with MiNet (extra keys/buttons, paging etc) but add an extension and it works fine. We have 2 in use and were very satisfied.

We hooked them up to the Shoretel system. The only improvement I'd recommend is a louder ringer for incoming calls, as it can get pretty loud in the store, especially if you keep them in some sort of holster.
