I can agree with everyone who says that the central multifunction button stops working after a while. Aside from this issue, the phone works perfectly. Sound quality is good and the message indicator lights up for us when a person leaves a voicemail (we use Vonage). As for the large multifunction button not working, I managed to fix it. I've had this phone for about 4 months and get an out of range signal from time to time - even when I'm 10 feet from the base sat away and didn't move.
