I can agree with everyone who says that the central multifunction button stops working after a while. Aside from this issue, the phone works perfectly. Sound quality is good and the message indicator lights up for us when a person leaves a voicemail (we use Vonage). As for the large multifunction button not working, I managed to fix it. I posted a step-by-step guide on the FixYa website (due to Revains URL filtering in the overview section I can't give you the web address, but it's just a FixYa with [.] in front and .com in back) . Type "Uniden DCX200" into the search bar on this website and click "Search". Then look for a message that begins "On 2 of 4 phones" in the "Problems and Solutions" section.
