Just turn on the light that needs to be plugged in

We use this on a covered patio to turn on soft lights. Our deck stays dry. It's a lot easier than trying to turn on a light. It is recommended to place the tap changer on a fixed core (Y shape) to make it easier to move the switch away from the wall without pulling the entire cable away from the wall.

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Also works as a manual toggle switch

Works very well. I would have liked a little more length from the plug to the switch, but it was enough. I use it as a switch for a small aquarium pump - it's designed to deliver water from a trailer flush bucket at a shop with electricity but no water. The switch installs under the sink away from the plumbing and works great.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Really don't like it, everything is fine

Yes. YES SIR. in Electrical

So if you're looking for a switch that you can step on and that has a 3-pin connector for more powerful things like lights or whatever else you might want to use for that, it is a great product yes it is long enough you can see it in the dark when you are in the light because it is white with a red dial and feels solid. I've only used it once. but he came on time and did his job.

Pros
  • Free for Educational Purposes
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Very handy for extensions

Great way to add a footswitch anywhere! I used it for my Christmas tree garland, it's much more practical. But there is always a red light around the button. So one side of the red light is on when the button is "on", and both sides are on when the button is "off". Just be aware that if you're looking for something aesthetically pleasing, this probably isn't what you're looking for.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • So far so good

I needed a way to turn on an outside light that I couldn't see! I didn't know if it was activated or not. This handy device allowed me to see when it was on or off. Love it! There are two indicators: One side is lit when connected. The other side lights up when the button is pressed and powered on. Ideal!

Pros
  • extension cord
Cons
  • unreliable

The indicator light is great for seeing in the dark.

This is a very handy switch to control our daughter's tracheal suction when we hold the catheter in our hands. My only complaint is that there's no grounding plug, so you'll most likely need an adapter. I couldn't find any footswitches with a grounding plug, so this isn't a huge hit for this switch. The indicator light is excellent for seeing in the dark, which is usually when we try to use it.

  • Electric

Best Gift: Electrician

I bought this for my elderly mother who had a lighted gift cabinet with a switch on the bottom shelf. She had to open the door, bend down, and crawl under the bottom shelf to turn on the light. And for the reverse process when turning off the light. I only noticed this on a recent visit to her house and immediately ordered this footswitch for her. She loves it. Absolutely names this his favorite little gift and appreciates the care behind it. Either way, it's an inexpensive way to save yourself

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • Sundries
