Terrible seller. My husband ordered them for me for Christmas and unfortunately they are too small for me and these shoes were also too expensive. I returned the item and was charged $5 for the return postage and once they received it they charged an additional $12 which they call a "restocking fee". This is complete nonsense because it is not mentioned anywhere in the return policy.
