I haven't inflated an air compressor tire in a long time. For the past few years I've used standard Autozone tire inflators that plug into the car's cigarette lighter. It's much nicer. I no longer break my fingers pumping up car tires. So far I've driven it all the time and haven't had any problems. Does what it's supposed to and the sensor is accurate. This is definitely not a professional tire inflator, but it works very well.

Compared to your regular tire gauges, this is an upgrade. far from the most industrial, but it will get the job done. The display is fairly bright and legible and seems to match pretty much what I've used so far. Most annoying of all, the Air Chuck Choke doesn't close well and doesn't screw in well even with the included Teflon tape. The threads just weren't great at all. The extra accessories are a plus too, and for the price quoted it's not a bad buy.

Well a bunch of tools including my pressure gauge were stolen from the back of my truck so I took a chance and got this one and was pleasantly surprised. Got it for review but will end up giving it away. I've had one for a number of years that appears to be identical, albeit under a different name. Going back to the inflators, which were solid but popped out to show approximate pressure on an engraved brass scale. It's probably a collector's item. Here you can simply increase the pressure with the trigger or decrease it with the reset button to get exactly what you want, even with low volume tires like those found on bicycles and lawnmowers…

I'm pretty sure this makes me a real nerd but I like it. It's really well made and durable. This gives you readings down to tenths of a PSI. I like being able to pump and check the pressure at the same time, which saves you the trouble of constantly changing the gauge until you get the right pressure. I like that it snaps onto the valve stem and you don't have to hold it. It comes with a decent supply of adapters and I was able to hook it up to my compressor with no problem. The only problem is

Everything seems fine except that the main body and threads are plastic (as you know most plastics in a California garage become brittle after years at 110+ for several months). I compared this Unisiesone gauge to another similar digital gauge and they both showed the exact same psi which was good to know. I did that several times to be sure. This model has a battery indicator on the side and is big enough to be seen. The construction took a little while. I wanted to check the pressure for leaks. This is my second digital inflator. My current one is much larger than this one, so I definitely appreciate its compactness. However, my current one seems to be made of better materials, including a hex fitting on the female inlet that greatly improves the quick coupler attachment. This one doesn't have such a turnkey place, and the entry thread is poorly finished and littered with paint. I recommend threading the bare male end through the inlet a few times before quickly connecting the teflon…
