I don't like that the replacement grip only has a pause button. The water appears to flow continuously from the hose until you press the pause button. The original hose had an on/off button to prevent dripping. It also seems that the replaceable hose and handle doesn't have as much water pressure when rinsing your teeth. I have to say that the hose and handle on the machine itself were very easy to swap out. I also find the replacement element overpriced due to the leaking hose.

We needed a replacement hose and handle for our WaterPik. The product came and installed easily with two screws, just like the original. However, about two weeks into the 30-day return period, it started leaking from the bottom. It turned out that both tongues, which are fixed with screws, are broken! I'm not sure what happened, but I advise you to buy with caution.

Received this part for my Waterpik today and fitted it to my car. Does not work and cannot be returned. Watch the attached short video of how this part pumps water out of the blue button instead of through the nozzle. The quality of this part is very low and the purchase was a waste of my money. Don't waste your money on Goodman products.
