Universal Adjustable Aluminum Regulator Connectors Review

Well built and very pretty. Everything works great and I have full control over the fuel pressure. Well, to the point. I have a 280zx with L28. I was able to get better throttle response with slightly higher fuel pressure. For the price you can't go wrong.

Diaphragm failed within 3 months. This is a Chinese fake A1000 FPRW aircraft. With the addition of a new $20 diaphragm (Aeromotive part number 13001) it works like a dream. Good quality fittings, the hoses are GARBAGE as are the rubber O-rings. But it's still worth the price.

I was expecting the ORB fittings to fit the main body of this regulator. Fittings look like ORB through -6 AN but without o-rings. Instead, the kit had these fancy rubber pads. I don't know what that is, but imagine a rubber-coated metal disk. I've never seen anything like this, but so far no leaks at 55 PSI. I use this controller for an engine test bench.

The finish is beautiful. No damage at all, well packaged. Took it apart to inspect the inside and found a small piece of styrofoam inside but no big deal. The seat of the regulator connector is a nice ball bearing. I don't think it shows in the pictures but it does come with a plug so it can run before or after the fuel rail. Only comes with 1 spring so we'll see what the pressure limits are. The diaphragm appears to be of decent quality. The only real complaint is that the plate that the set…
