It works much better than expected. I love how it just goes into the case behind the phone and then comes out from the bottom. I was a bit skeptical at first that my phone would fall, but I had no problems with it. It keeps your phone close at hand and is easily adjustable in length. It also works as a shoulder bag, which is great if you're doing something while bending over and don't want your phone dangling. Seems durable and looks good.

I like this product very much. This is very useful and convenient. I got a lot of compliments on it and people thought it was so great. I work in healthcare and this has given me extra protection from accidental drops and potential loss. I've been using it for about a month and so far it's holding up pretty well. I'm just a little worried about the little ribbon you attach the strap to. As a result, a little wear begins to form. I'm afraid it will break at some point.

The neck strap is of good quality and seems solid but there are a few things that could be improved. The ends are easily torn off and can be lost. There's really nothing stopping them from slipping off when the metal end comes out as shown in my first picture.
