What is IPOW? This is the sound your phone makes when it hits the ground. I was cycling today and when I got to my car I realized my phone was gone! As? The plastic rod that connects the phone stand to the part that attaches to the steering wheel broke in half (see photo). I rode my bike on a gravel road, everything - nothing fell or hit! So if you value your phone, find a better product.

Installation is quick and easy, but the mount isn't strong and keeps falling off when the phone is in hand. Also, there is no nut or bolt fastening tool holding the mount to the handlebars, which strikes me as completely odd as the instructions only say to insert a bolt to hold it together. But without a nut on the other end of the bolt holding the parts together, it would just fall apart and fall off the handlebars. This cell phone holder fits my Samsung J3 Luna Pro and easily attaches to my e-bike (no tools required). Rubber stoppers block the front camera but can be stretched to the side to allow a clear view of the camera. There was a discussion in a previous review that mentioned a metal upgrade piece that prevented this. I was expecting mine to include it, but it's all plastic instead. Pros: Low cost. Easy installation. Universal fit. Cons: All plastic.

I had a decent bike ride and trusted this mount with my relatively expensive phone and my trust was betrayed. I'm not sure how long the warranty period is, but I ride on regular roads or bike lanes/trails. Yesterday the holder and the phone broke and fell on the bike path. I only found out after a mile. I had to run back hoping to find my phone and I was lucky to find it. The phone was protected by a beautiful mirror case. Anyway it seems to be very very cheap quality. Definitely don't buy this

They have since replaced the plastic handlebar mount with a solid metal mount. Much better. The clamp no longer slips off while driving. At first I was skeptical about the quality of the $10 product which has a strap for my $700 phone but on the recommendation of a friend who bought one I took a chance . Luckily, I can find that my phone didn't. I rode the phone on the mountain for more than 4 hours over potholes and speed bumps and at speeds in excess of 70mph. Holds the phone well but the only problem is that the ball joint/hinge often misaligns. When you hit a bump or drive through cracks in the road, it moves. It's really annoying as I have to constantly adjust it to get it back in place. I would not recommend taking it off-road or on rough roads.
