Decent for Windows, not unsupported Mac.

It works fine with Windows, but the MacBook Pro doesn't work as it keeps disconnecting me from the computer while I'm docked. Emailed the support team on the manufacturer's website and they came back saying it couldn't be delivered. The video quality on Windows is good, but the mouse occasionally freezes or stutters. I can only assume that this is a driver or general video issue.

Connection to a laptop either via USB or via USB-C. Great device and small!

I liked that it could connect to my laptop via a single regular USB port instead of USB-C as my laptop which is only 1 year old doesn't have USB-C connectivity. It was easy to hook up my other two monitors and any other devices I needed to make it look like a docking station. Now when I want to take my laptop with me, I unplug a USB cable and the power cord. I highly recommend this product as it helped me with $100 remote work. Other similar models cost $169 or more for the same performance and

Works on my MacBook. But had to use Displaylink Manager v1.1 - v1.2 doesn't work properly

Took a chance due to the number of cables I had to switch from work (Macbook 2019) to my personal ( Macbook 2014) years) laptop. Now it's just a USB connection for my 2014 model and using the included USB-C adapter for my 2019 model. The Displaylink 1.2 manager was not working and prevented external monitors from going to native 1920x1200, forcing them to stay at 1600x760. (yuk). Just what I need for docking stations

I use this for both my Mac and Windows laptops. I work on multiple laptops and all my mouse and keyboard nano receivers are connected to this dock and 2 monitors are also connected. Works perfectly. It makes my day-to-day work so much easier! I can switch this dock cable from my Mac to my Windows laptop in seconds and use the same mouse and keyboard because everything is connected to the dock. Works well. especially with newer computers including M1 Mac

We've been using this for a few months now and I can say it works as advertised. I would especially recommend this if you have a new computer. Older computers require older versions of the software to run the displays and that can be annoying but has nothing to do with this device, but newer computers including the M1 Mac can use the new software and it works like a cinch.
