I am very happy with my purchase and it was so easy to install. I just sprayed and applied my hair. Left for the night, and the next day it was possible to leave. You may have to trim some excess rubber from the throttle body cover to keep the throttle body from getting stuck, but other than that it was easy!

Strange metal rings around the handles, almost impossible to put on once installed. Used on BMW R1100S. I installed the grips but the left one spins freely, maybe because the BMW needs to be special and use a slightly different handlebar size? The handlebar should work on your standard handlebar in pose. 7/8" I believe.

My friend bought these grips based on reviews. During installation, it was not possible to slide the throttle grip with the rings on the grip. Took the rings off and everything went smoothly, however he couldn't put the rings back on after turning the crank on. The left bar went up with no problems with the rings in place.

The rubber is not bad but there are hard metal rings on the ends and they don't go all the way over the throttle body. (I should leave some plastic). and in the end it doesn't completely cover the end of the rod. The clutch side worked ok but was definitely a disappointment. Better than what I had but if you are thinking about it long term save your money and buy a better kit.

I bought a pair of these a few months ago and fell in love with them straight away. They look good on my bike and feel good in my hand. I've just bought my second pair (after an accident that destroyed my handlebars) so I can't comment on how well they stand the test of time, but the ones I took off showed no signs of wear other than accident damage. Even after several months of inactivity in nature.

Priced reasonably for the minor modifications required to make it fit. I had to shave the inside hem a bit to allow the grip to slide into the gas tube, but the good news is that it's so tight it's not going anywhere even without the grip glue. The left side is nice and firm even without glue, but the outer metal ring still has a little play. Overall they look good and are definitely easy enough to use to be good value for money.

The advert says it's universal and it could be, but it doesn't fit my Kawasaki Ninja 250R as advertised. Not suitable for 2002 Ninja R because this crank is too small for the original throttle. I had to spray on enough WD40 for a decent glide, but even then it doesn't match the rings that come with the grip guard. I had to take them off and put the goop on to make sure the grip didn't slip off overnight after putting it on. The only positive in my situation is that the quality of the rubber is…
