Boost Your Post-Workout Recovery

When I tried this product, I was amazed at the results. My muscles felt less sore and I had more energy during my workouts. Didn't notice any difference

They gave me gastrointestinal problems. I had nausea and diarrhea about 10 days after taking it. I didn't notice any difference in the gym so the symptoms were worth continuing to take. Just take protein and train hard
