There are no clear instructions. No blotting paper

Not suitable I had to buy blotting paper. There are no instructions. There are no online instructions specific to this product. As a result, the printer had to be replaced.

Not all items shipped as advertised

Arrived without the needle I needed most. Didn't do the job. Very disappointing after spending the money. I will insist they ship all parts as advertised!

No instructions and my printer broke

Came with no instructions. I looked it up online and when I flushed the printheads the printhead broke. Went from clogging some heads to all non-working heads.

Solution worked for my Epson

It really works. It was difficult with my Epson printer until I used this solution. No more lines when typing. I've cleaned my printer twice, but that's just my opinion. Maybe not.

Works well with inkjet ink

The price is a bit high but the quality of this set is excellent. I've used it several times to clean the print head nozzles on an Epson printer with great results. Follow the instructions and you won't be disappointed. When the bottle is empty I mix up the cleaning solvent myself following the YouTube video instructions.

FAILED CLEANING on office electronics

Cleaning kit received but syringe cracked, reducing suction. I sealed the tear with duct tape and it successfully soaked up the cleaning solution. However, I have tried to clean the heads of my Epson printer at least three times without success. Eventually I gave up, gave away my printer and bought another printer.

Turn off the power and work slowly, lightly, and use lots of paper towels

Works well. Make sure the device is turned off before cleaning the printheads (very important to avoid permanent damage to the printheads). Slowly, gently (don't push the syringe plunger too fast). Use plenty of paper towels (renew after each injection). Wipe any moisture off the underside of the printhead tray and the printer case. Let the printer dry overnight. Perform head cleaning and nozzle check three (3) times the next day.

Feels good: printer and accessories

The price is a bit high but the quality this kit is great. I've used it several times to clean the print head nozzles on an Epson printer with great results.
