Great Product!: Security and Surveillance

oh my gosh I can't believe how easy and straight forward it is to set it up. You have an excellent WiFi distance. We had another system which wasn't very clear and kept losing the wi-fi connection.

Good quality, sound recording is ok, great price.

I'm really impressed with these cameras at such a low price. And the representative of OOSSXX sent me the updated firmware for the NVR and cameras very quickly upon request.

Bad technical support. The NVR cannot find the camera's own IP address in search mode.

There is no technical support. This NVR model number K8208-5W with software version 3.1,4.4F cannot recover its own camera's IP address after the camera's IP address is lost in the system. Tech support didn't call back and didn't offer a solution. This is a garbage world.

Questionable quality for CCTV equipment

3 Stars: On the plus side good clear cameras well described. Of the minuses - software problems when synchronizing cameras with a mobile phone. The software raises doubts about what it actually does when you download it. I returned the item and received a full refund hence 3 stars. I would have given it a '0' just for a software sync issue, but the company refunded the money. As always, be careful what you download to your computing device(s) and the foreign translation didn't solve the…

Excellent cameras with excellent day/night video

This is my second set of OOSSXX surveillance systems. The OOSSXX support rep was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me set up my Android devices to monitor camera activity. You get 2 regular cameras and two 2 cameras equipped with a spotlight and two-way audio. The 2 illuminated two-way audio cameras are equipped with sirens that can be heard by passers-by.
