I have a lemon - [updated]

It works, but we need to improve quality control in the company. My stand came from the factory with a screw that doesn't straight screw in, causing one of the sliders to hang around all the time. To update. After I posted my review, the company quickly contacted me and explained that this product comes with a lifetime guarantee. . My problem with the product was solved within a few hours. Kudos to this company for standing behind their product and caring about their customers! Overall I amโ€ฆ

Qualitative! Stand for Computer and Accessories

The packaging was very nice and the item itself is a good weight. A hex wrench is required to adjust the plates, so that's what you need. I bought this because of the silicone pads instead of the competition, they make a huge difference as a cushion but they also keep your tablets/laptops from slipping. I was too nervous to hold my tablet's screen open on a stand, but luckily my tablet still fits inside when in a hard case. Overall, this is a good buy and a space saver.

Great if you're using a laptop with a USB or Surface dock and multiple monitors.

This is the second OMOTON double desk holder that I have purchased. I used the first in my home office (see picture) and the newest for my workplace in my customer's office. I have multiple monitors and separate panels in both offices and use my laptops primarily as portable desktops (I use two laptops). Both laptops use "wired" docking stations, meaning a USB or Surface port. In this configuration, laptops should be placed on the edge in the 1st slot of the OMOTON holder and the laptop fanโ€ฆ
