Installing this faucet is very difficult because of the very short threaded pipes that go through the countertop to attach to the hoses .especially if you have a thicker countertop like granite. Even after adding extenders, it still leaks.I had thrown the box out so I’m stuck with it and not happy about having to purchase another faucet. It’s pretty. that’s about it.

Faucet looks very nice. Does not feel cheap. I have not got to install it yet waiting on my kitchen cabinets. I will update after it is hooked up.

I was so excited to receive and install.After a half hour, it was very loose and the sprayers water pressure was not good at all.I bought after seeing three color and how nice it would look in my kitchen.Ended up returning the faucet and buying another

It was nearly comical.the day after installation the cold water handle broke at the stem and blew straight up into the air. Water going all over the kitchen til I could get it turned off. Went straight to Home Depot and bought a quality faucet. Had to remove and replace. Learned my lesson, no more low cost faucets for me.

This is a very pretty nice faucet and was very inexpensive the same faucet at our local hardware store was double the price.

I purchased this off brand faucet in an attempt to save a few bucks. initially, I could not tighten the faucet to the sink securely while holding it straight. When I had my wife hold it, I learned that it just could not be tighten securely. I've been looking for a bronze faucet to fit the decor in my kitchen but didn't want to spend a lot of money. This is a little flimsy and the installation required me to get a little creative since the included spacers were totally useless. Overall, it works and looks nice. Has not leaked in the 4 weeks since I installed it.

Faucet is very nice looking and works well. As stated in other reviews, the spacers are totally useless UNLESS you make some adjustments. The problem seemed to be with the spacers not being snug to the faucet, so in order to make the spacers fit over the lip that comes off the faucet I cut an inside layer of each spacer (following the first line coming out from the inside of the spacer) so that the spacers would fit over the lip of the faucet directly above the screw threads. It is beautiful, BUT it is made for the UK, not America, so we had to find a whole bunch of different parts. Also, it's not that sturdy on the sink because of the fact it's from the UK, which I didn't know about when I purchased it.

I needed to replace my kitchen faucet and was hesitant to purchase due to the price. I was thinking how good could this faucet be for only $50. I spent well over a hundred for the name brand faucet I already had and have had nothing but trouble with it leaking not shutting off always dripping. It is beautiful and the faucet itself work awesome.The sprayer though has no pressure.Research shows it is probably the diverter in the faucet but I can’t just uninstall and send back as my old faucet is no good.

The spray nozzle does not work well. When the handle is pressed the water is only half routed to the spray nozzle and the faucet still flows half.

This faucet is cheaply made the system does not conduct water pressure like the original I had in place. Stay away I hate I purchased this and have to buy another one some where else.

Looks very nice, but it constantly drips out of faucet and spray nozzle. I will be getting a different faucet. Oil rubbed bronze finish may wear off over time!

Nice faucet until it breaks. Tried contacting company for help with replacement parts but no response after several attempts. Lifetime warranty ends when product breaks.

This faucet looks great. However it is a bit small and flimsy. I also leaks. No matter what i did i could not get it to stop. Thank fully returns were quick and easy.

Everything worked as it should, the only issue I had was the nuts wouldn't tighten down far enough, so I had to get a couple washers from the hardware store to fix the issue. Don't know whether my sink is thinner than most or they didn't cut the threads far enough, but anyways it worked fine in the end.
