Had a older tv with no hdmi ports. Our cable at our home runs this way. So does are google chrome and my computer to hook ti tv. Didn’t even know this existed. Lol googled what I wanted and bam, pops right up. Takes a second to kick in when switching back and fourth. Cable picture is great. Doing my computer to watch movies sometimes the font is small. Hulu Netflix all good. Happy with purchase.

I got it to use for work and it was perfect! I could attach my firestick to the old TV we had so my patients could watch movies!

Works good with one HDMI cable plugged in but when I plugged in another one there was buzzing interference. Only way to get it to stop was unplug the 2nd cable. Retuned this.

Decent picture! Works great! Easy to set up! Used with my roku I had laying around. I now have tv on my old tube tv The sound may be out of sync with the video.

Update: worked well for 8 months then it just stopped working. Of that 8 months the TV was not used for 4+ months.I’ve tried 4 others, 3 had loud hums through my TV when connected to my Roku. So far this one is working fine, but only used for 3 weeks at about for 45-60 minutes a day.

After trying two other converters like this that didn’t work I decided to order this one it’s was a lil more expensive and def better quality and worked like a champ. I definitely recommend!

It works. It was simple to install. The picture quality leaves much to be desired. This thing converts the digital signal to analogue, but must do it very primitively.

The product fits well and nice. But the remote does not work at all . it appears the remote does not respond to the product, the remote at this point serves no purpose. I still have to manually use the product . Very misleading !

Remote does not work - doa. Component video resolution is poor, not products fault but check your specs - my tv component video (yellow red white connection) only supports low resolution analog signals If I had tried it sooner I would have returned it

Product was intended to make a peripheral such as an Ebay Firestick which requires HDMI be able to connect to an older television with only RCA inputs. It did not work. It would start to recognize the Firestick and then ultimately default to a test pattern screen. I returned it and got my money back and found a different solution.

This device allows me to use an HDMI DVD Player with a non-HDMI older television. It replaces a similar device that not only failed, while it was working, sometimes I had to unplug and replug it in to get it to display right. (The instructions actually described this process!)THIS one is sturdier, higher quality, and works right first time, every time.

Second unit I've had that has failed after a static shock when plugging in composite cables during the winter months. Wouldn't be a problem if you were grounded/discharged when connecting, or if you always had the unit connected. But if you have static in your house, take take when connecting this unit.

The picture did degrade down from HDMI when applied. I used it so I could run it into my old external speaker system to a.pkify the tv's volume! I could not get it to work with my Firestick tho!

I have an older TV that I couldn't use my fire stick on directly. This works perfectly between the fire stick and my old TV. It was easy to hook up. I am 70 years young and did this myself. I'm still learning my way around my fire stick.

A band of video fuzz continually scrolls up over the display. We've swapped out different inputs and outputs, moved the device in case it's getting interference, and it's always there. You can see everything fine but it's pretty distracting / unpretty.

It worked with Apple TV and x1 wireless box to rca connectors on old 12 inch sharp tv. I wish switcher was on top make it convenient to connect with ir remote.

Worked for me. Picture quality wasnt as good as usual and it wasnt wide-screen like the tv, but it works and it'll come in handy staying at airbnbs with old tvs that wont take a roku stick.

It was plug and play just what I like. I did have to plug and unplug it at first but all in all it works well Thanks for attention.

I had an extra Firestick and and an older RCA only input large screen TV. This did the trick. The picture was not as clear as for over the air broadcasts but met my needs.
