Fell Apart: Protective Gear

These "upgraded" knee pads fell apart within 30 minutes. Not enough to send back, spare parts went somewhere. I wish I could give a 1/4 star rating.

Pros
  • Cool Product
Cons
  • Functionality

Never wear protective gear again

They slip when worn over jeans, won't tighten to a certain point and only broke when I put my knee on the floor to tie my sneakers, so I don't think they can withstand the impact.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Vulgarity

waste of money. in Motorcycle & Powersports

They broke on the first ride on my off-road bike. I just carried them, I didn't fall. When I got back to my camp, I took off my jodhpurs and they were torn. The world that holds them together dropped a pin of sorts.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not as thick as other models

Not suitable for adults

The size is not suitable for adults. They are too small for adult thighs and lower legs. Good value for money when they fit but as they don't fit and have to be returned the rating is lower. My wife and I tried them. I'm 6ft 190lbs and she is 5ft 8in 160lbs so both are average.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

They click and click as I walk

I think they will do the job but they look so stupid I don't want to wear them. I'd rather get my shins smashed and have them now than wear them. If you prefer pain and injury to not wearing a product, you know the product is bad. But yes, you can walk in it. . They just make a lot of noise.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Little things

Convenient and affordable

I really like this product. Not only is it affordable, but I love how comfortably it fits my shins and knees. The design of how this product attaches to your feet is easily adjustable and for the most part not a problem. Shipping with Prime was also very fast. Thanks to Revine and everyone who works in the delivery! :)

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Some cons

Broke on first day of use, size not suitable for adults

1. I have cerebral palsy and use a wheelchair most of the time in public. As a result, my legs are smaller and thinner than they should be and they still barely fit. I don't recommend them for typical sized adults.2. I bought them for basic crawling or kneeling when camping or fishing, for general outdoor use where there is no sidewalk or convenient wheelchair path. The rivets that attach the articulating knee pad fell out the first day I tested them. They are made of thin plastic, not steel…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
