My kids have only been using it for 5 days and their teeth are noticeably whiter. I'm not sure how good it actually is at cleaning, but it's a lot easier to make sure they're clean with it. The only downside is that foam toothpaste is expensive and hard to find. I used regular toothpaste but it's quite difficult to clean using regular toothpaste.
