The LEDs are great. Bright, good range of colors and modes. But these fans are not speed controlled. They don't plug into your motherboard's fan headers and run at a full 1100 RPM. They're not noisy and air movement seems good, but the fan speed isn't adjustable. The included remote is a bit confusing because it has "Speed" buttons, but that's for the speed of the LED patterns. I was looking for a fan to use as a vent for the top of my RGB LED ring case. These fans deliver. I connected them to the control box and the control box to the power box to make sure they work before installing. The LEDs are bright but with "hot spots" (brighter spots where the actual LEDs are, not uniform brightness across the ring) which is normal as the fans I currently have have the same issue so they fit together perfectly.
