Arrived broken at cosmetics

I like this product but it is fragile and arrived broken. I was able to get my money back with no problems. For this reason, I would advise against ordering pressed powder online. Some products just don't deliver well.

Arrived damaged Suitable for makeup palette

The sky arrived damaged with broken pieces and pink dust everywhere as soon as I opened it. I will no longer send makeup. Otherwise it was a really nice set.

Not in the best shape

Today I received my blush order for the Trio Urban Decay. To my surprise there were fingerprints on the powder can, the gunpowder inside was damaged.

Nice colors and product

This product has the same name and color as the old "stylish" palette I used from UD. It's similar, but not the same in the slightest. The colors of the newer ones appear more neon-colored, while the others are more delicate. Also, the newer one picks up more product (by brush or sponge) resulting in more exaggerated color during application.

The product arrived disassembled, the outer packaging is fine. I returned it.

My compact blush came in a small Amazon box with a large pillow, a small plastic bag and a small Urban Decay box. The outer box and pillow were in good condition. However, the pressed powder was completely destroyed, crushed, mixed and emptied from the compact and urban decay box into a small plastic bag. I carry powder compacts in my purse all the time and I don't know how this can happen in such a well packaged larger box. I have a feeling it was already a mess and someone threw it in the box

The bronzer came broken TWICE

The colors are beautiful but I can't use them because they came in a broken powder form. I have already returned the first order and the second pallet arrived just as broken. It will be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a paper envelope. So I can only imagine that it was delivered defective.
