The old one is clearly frozen and cracked. All the washing liquid spilled onto the floor. This new one was a perfect fit, an exact replacement and it no longer leaks. In other words, he did exactly what he had to do. Just fixing it was a lot cheaper than going to the dealer.

I ordered this for a 2001 BMW 325Ci E46. Unfortunately I ordered it 10 months ago and only recently lost it. Looks similar but is definitely not suitable for this particular vehicle. The replacement has twice as many intake and exhaust ports. He's also 3/4 inch taller. The plug doesn't fit either.

Audi/VW must have changed the part number from 2001 but I managed to cut the alignment fin on the connector to make it work with my 2001 Audi. A4. The previous owner must have used clean water for the washer fluid which then froze over the winter cracking the original pump. This spare part has given me working headlight cleaning systems again at a very reasonable price!

Used to replace one of the two pumps on my 2008 Audi A4. The fit was perfect and cost less than what Audi wanted for the same part. The fluid pressure is the same as the original pump before the rupture. Cracks seem to be fairly common with these pumps, OEMs and aftermarkets, but for $15 and a 30 minute job if I have to replace them every 5 years I'll take them to the dealer anyway.

My Audi TT had a headlight washer pump that broke causing all the washer fluid to leak out. While I couldn't find a version of the original pump, this one had the most similar part number. The URO documentation says that this pump requires a special connector to connect to the mk1 TT, but gives no details on what that connector is.
