Doesn't work for Quest PC Link and power is applied to wrong end of cable

I wanted this for Oculus Quest over Use PC Link. It only runs at USB 2 speed. As for the part that needs to be powered for amplification, the connector is on the end where you connect the device. This. The male side of the USB extension cable connects to the PC port, and the female side, where the device is connected, needs power. This means that when used for a quest, the power connector needs to be right where the headset is. That does not work. Power input should be from the male side, notโ€ฆ

Cable not suitable for cold weather

Laptop in warm to hot weather But tonight, in 55 degree November weather, worked suddenly nothing. My Polemaster camera couldn't be recognized, my pointing camera was only recognized when I unplugged it and plugged it back in, my filter wheel was missing, as was my autofocus. I thought it was my USB 3.0 hub but eventually found that everything worked perfectly when I replaced that active cable with a 10ft USB 3.0 cable. What a disappointment! The active cable must be operated within aโ€ฆ

Insufficient quality of female adapter

Poor quality USB socket. and mouse. I bought two cables for two computers and the bottom part of the inside of the jack end was deformed in both cases: so much so that in one case I could barely plug in a merging receiver. The only thing that keeps these cables working is that I don't have to touch the cable after I connect each receiver (no re-plugging and unplugging).

Used on PS4 controller

The cable that came with my PS4 was too short for my controller to play from the couch during use. This extension is perfect and now I can charge it while playing my games. At first I wanted to order a 2 foot, then I changed my mind and bought a 3 foot. This is a good choice as 2ft would probably be too short to be comfortable. If someone trips over the cable while charging, I think it will break without damaging the controller or console. But I haven't tested it and don't intend to.
