Connected to my Galaxy S20 FE 5G phone and Samsung TV, it worked for a minute or two and then the TV told me the device was not recognized. There are no instructions, customer relationships or #call.

Excellent Micro USB HDMI Cable. The picture quality from the phone to the TV is excellent. There is no lag or sound distortion. Overall I would recommend this product.

does not work! Plugged in my phone after getting it as a gift from my husband and it was awful! The screen was pinkish green and very buggy. I bought a new one from Walmart yesterday and it works great! Disappointed with this product!

This is really cool! That works great. You just need to turn your phone to landscape and in your TV settings you may need to switch to widescreen. It mirrors what you see on your phone, so the reason is in the settings. But after these minor adjustments, the image filled the TV screen and looked great! I just wanted it to be able to see my online workouts on a bigger screen than my phone screen and it serves that purpose. The only thing I don't like is the large block at the end of the cable in

Product works as described, we watch movies from the app on our phone. I have a Samsung Note 9 and it connects to the charging port and our non-smart tv tv. We have a free Dis Year app for a year so we watch a movie every night that I would buy again. Only thing that would help would be a phone remote to pause the movie if needed but great product would buy again

My phone says connected, the TV sees something is connected. But in the end there is no picture left on the screen. Tried multiple phones, the cable itself just stopped working. Purchase at your own risk.
