Warms coffee mug but doesn't keep my coffee warm. When I picked it up, I felt uncomfortably warm. I let it run because it was just taking up drawer space.

Too difficult to return. I think I'll use it to melt aromatic wax. I bought it to connect to my computer while working from home during this pandemic. Now I need to have my morning coffee before signing up to get started.

This mug warmer isn't wide enough for many of my mugs. I assume there is a standard sized cup and cup warmers are built around it. Aside from its limited purpose, functionally it works great with tapered and tight circles.

The product is easy to use. As soon as you plug it in, it turns on since there is no switch. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't get hot enough. They keep the coffee warm but not hot. Maybe a lid on the coffee would help.

Not a very good cup warmer. I sent mine back after one use. Firstly, it never got hot enough to keep my coffee warm, my coffee got cold like I hadn't used the heating pad at all. Also, the warmer is too small, it has a ledge/frame that's raised around the top surface, and if your mug is too big, it won't even touch the heated plate because instead it sits on the frame and becomes your mug it do like be a small cup size to match; but that doesn't matter anyway because it doesn't warm the cup…
