Luckily the house didn't burn down

UPDATE: Company has requested photos and damage details. They also refunded me the purchase price. The entire length of the cable is hot. The end of the phone adapter was charred and the plastic melted after only 3 weeks of use. There is an 18-month guarantee on the packaging. I tried to contact both the manufacturer and Amazon. No luck. I don't want to return the whole 3 pack. But maybe that's what I do.

For fast charging, use the fast charging connector/adapter

These cables are great. Many people have given these low ratings due to the apparent lack of fast charging. My experience with them is that they work just fine with the right fast charging box/adapter. I have tested and actively use all three of mine, two of them are used with fast charge adapters and one with a standard adapter, all three charge faster than a standard cable and the ones with fast charge adapters are insanely fast.

You May Have Received Defective Cables

All three cables charged but did not support fast charging. I figured I could live with slow charging as the cable length was very convenient, but during one day my charging port wouldn't stop saying USB-C was plugged in/disconnected persistently, even when unplugged, and wouldn't leave my screen switch off because of persistent reminder. I did a factory reset and used the old cable and the problem was gone. Well a week later I foolishly decided to try these cables again and immediately found…

Ideal for phones and game controllers. Bright colors, perfect length, great for family cords!

We love the 10ft cords in our house, but there's always the question of who's who as we've only bought black or gray cords before. We just bought a pink and purple set and then red, blue and green. You can immediately see whose cable you are using! PROS: nice bright colors and good range. Allows for easy sharing among family members. - 10 feet length is convenient in the living room and bedroom when you relax in the evening. - Great for phones, but also perfect for game controllers! Two Months Later, Now Just One Fast Charge

Bought in March, now end of June. At first my husband and I were thrilled. They were long, seemed solid, and charged fast. Fast forward 3 months and one has a bent cord where the cord connects to the phone despite being handled very carefully and the other two no longer charge. Please note that ALL THREE have been treated with great care. Ironically, the one that's bent still charges quickly.
