This machine works very well. It polishes heels well, but the battery life is terrible. I charged mine overnight (8-9 hours) as recommended. Initially I was very happy with how it worked until the reel head slowed down. After about 4 or 5 minutes it was dead. I charged it again for another 8 hours. Used it again and got the same result. Battery empty after 5 minutes.

Unit works great but doesn't seem to have charging circuitry, I charged it overnight and in the morning the unit was very hot, don't leave it on the charger. Given the possible security issues I give 3 stars, otherwise 5.

Received my black E foot file and never used it but right out of the box it was fully charged and I plugged it in and tried to stop it, it wasn't rolling and it took some pressure to stop it. I'm glad I ordered this nice little product and the price was right, I can't wait to use it.

This is the second time I have bought this file and I still love it. I've had my last one for about 5 years and when I started using it this summer it seemed a bit slow. Since the price is so good I decided to just buy a new one and this one works just as well as the previous one for the first 4 years! I also like that it's so easy and cheap to buy replacement rollers. One of my favorite finds from Revain!

I love my UTILIZ foot file! I always smear petroleum jelly on my feet to hide calluses on dry skin! It charges when you open the package, which is a great feature too! For the price it's the best there is! Don't wait, take it, you won't regret it, I promise ♥️

I used to use an egg for a pedicure but I will never use anything else! That works great. I am 99 percent barefoot or in sandals and always have dry calluses. Not anymore, I'm a bit obsessed with how great this works! I have recommended it to everyone.

I bought one of these for my husband's coarse heels and it worked! He liked it too! I bought one myself and will use it as a Christmas present for those who find it hard to buy! To attempt! You will not regret it! Well done too. I don't like that it's from China. UPDATE: No recharge after one year! piss off! I will buy another one and hope it lasts longer. Many are cheaper.

What I love most about this product is that it comes pre-loaded and ready to use. My mother had terrible blisters on her feet and I was able to remove them very quickly and effectively. I also like that it is rechargeable.

Product arrived with no problems. Was easy to use, but only about two weeks, pretty much turn around, so. send it back for a refund. It looks good from the outside but I don't think it's well made.
