This bag is everything, sometimes I carry it in my hand with a sophisticated handle, and sometimes I carry it on my shoulder with a shoulder strap, and then it has a backpack strap. so I can carry it on my back when I need to free my hands and everything. It is super strong to carry a lot or something heavy. You must get one!

I don't usually write reviews but wanted to make sure I did for this purchase! I love this backpack. I use it as a handbag because I like to take a stainless steel thermos for water wherever I go and whatever else you keep in your handbag. It is very well made and strong. It contains many items and is very cheap. I like the shoulder strap when I want to carry it like a handbag and not look like a backpack. All straps are very strong. I highly recommend this backpack/purse!

Edit after almost 2 years. ALL HARDWARE IS SUPPORTED! Zippers, as you call them, are perfectly normal. It's a "Daily Driver" and I'm packing it pretty well. My only complaint is that it doesn't "stand on its own", the upper is flexible so I'm switching to a traditional backpack now.
