UVBrite Self Cleaning Water Bottle Stainless Steel Review

I bought this bottle because I had a problem with my water bottle smelling like swamp no matter how many times I cleaned it. I got these in hopes I wouldn't have this problem again, but this bottle smells too. Apparently it smells like that because of the bacterial build up, but I was my Beatle. I thought it would be different because he disinfects himself, but no. I think it's a trick.

I bought this bottle to disinfect water and to clean the bottle myself after using it for a long time. Bought mainly for the office. Advantages - Pleasant haptics due to the anodizing of the outer surface. Offers good support. Reasonable cost for a bottle with UV capabilities. thermal insulation. Easy to use modes. UV radiation is the optimal wavelength for disinfection. Most bottles use the wrong UV wavelength. Cons: Small USB cable.

This is an amazing product; I use it to hold the drinking water I have in my doggie bag. I have a Malti Poo and she needs water during our daily 35-40 minute walk. I can tell from their reaction that this water tastes so much better than the regular bottled water I've used. I feel great knowing their water is sanitized and chilled in UVBrite. My only complaint is they don't make them smaller (10 ounces) and one that lets you see how much water is left.

The idea behind this bottle is pretty cool. The lid doesn't unscrew very well and sometimes it leaks, but I still thought the flush function was cool.
