Poor quality control

Out of five, two were noisy, one was mediocre, one barely worked and one didn't work at all! I paid for five and ONLY TWO worked as advertised! I will not buy from this seller again!

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Expensive

It's self-propelled

Self-propelled. This means they create sound by simply adding power and don't need any other equipment. Two of the 5 sounded a little different, but not by much. Aside from the bolted legs, the girth is almost the same as the US nickel.

Pros
  • Alright!
Cons
  • Good but not great

Great offer. Only need one battery to craft them.

Great deal. It only takes a battery to make them work, and the higher the voltage, the louder they are. I don't have anything to measure dB, but they are louder than I can hear for a very long time when plugged into my 9v power supply (not quite the same as a 9v battery).

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Discontinued model

Great but a bit noisy for my needs.

Excellent! We used them in an electrical workshop. I asked the kids to connect them to our Squishy Circuits. They were a hit but beware they are quite loud. They sound almost like a fire alarm. With a little more resistance in the test, the sound was quieter and more manageable in the larger group. We made a rule that you can only connect them for a few moments at a time. Overall I am very happy that I bought them. If necessary I will buy again.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Protection

Used it as a condensate pan overflow alarm along with a 9v battery

I hooked it up to a 9v battery and used it as an auxiliary alarm for my little giant air con condensation pump. Works great, should last 10 years, that's how long it takes that 9 volt battery to go down to 3 volts. Keep in mind that this isn't as loud or uncomfortable as a fire alarm. Loud enough for me. Very good price. I tested them and they all worked. A very inexpensive solution for my small project notification system.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Something different
