Disappointing Performance from Industrial & Scientific Cutting Tool

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I found these "diamond coated" bits to be far from impressive. The drill`s tip eroded after only light use on a medium hardness material, resulting in a product that did not live up to its promised longevity.However the product is well-priced, making it a decent option for customers on a tight budget. Unfortunately, in the end, the disappointing performance outweighs any of ITS pros..

useless except for reaming larger holes,

I have been using diamond tipped twist drills to drill holes in 1-2mm thick dichroic glass for twenty years and usually get 50 to 200 holes depending on the drill bit, which varies quite a lot, but works. My usual supplier had failed so I tried these that claimed to drill glass tile and more. They didn't even break the glass surface and were 100% useless for drilling holes in anything but wood or soft material.
