Barrier strips are good for industrial electrical applications

These small barrier strips are not of the highest quality. The screws are ok but the plastic used for the body is a thermoplastic. This means that if they heat up a little, they can melt. The good ones I know of are made out of a thermosetting plastic like Bakelite, which is relatively impervious to heat. However, the small tab on the transparent lids is a nice touch. In general they are fine for most applications, just try not to run too much current through them.

Using terminal blocks allowed me to arrange the wires to represent what is organized and not like

H2O Manifold. Using terminal blocks allowed me to arrange the wires to reflect what is organized rather than what looks like a well tossed bowl of spaghetti. I wish I had a photo, very proud of my finished product. I can honestly say that my results would not have been better without this product.

Fence Rails on Screw

These little ones Barrier strips are not of the highest quality... The screws are ok but the plastic used for the case is some kind of thermoplastic. This means that if they heat up a little, they can melt. The good ones I know are made of thermoset. like Bakelite, which is relatively heat resistant. The little latch on the clear lids is a nice touch. In general, they're good for most applications, just don't try to run too much current through them.

By using terminal blocks I was able to arrange the wires to reflect what is organized and not what looks like something

I used these terminal blocks to rewire my boiler system (radiant heating system) and many of its components to an H2O manifold. Using terminal blocks allowed me to arrange the wires to reflect what is organized rather than what looks like a well tossed bowl of spaghetti. I wish I had a photo, very proud of my finished product. I can honestly say that my results would not have been better without this product.
