Unreliable and Poor Quality Ribbon Cable

This ribbon cable is a waste of time and money. When i tried this product in my Industrial and Scientific project, the wires came off easily and the color coding was difficult to follow .The price may be attractive, but the quality is not worth it..

I like the color and the price but plastic.

I love the color and the price, but the plastic insulation doesn't stand up to the heat at all. Attempting to solder one strand melted about 1/4" of the plastic leaving exposed metal about 1/4" behind the solder joint. Tried on low heat, same problem.
