The first toner didn't print properly, the ink smeared lines across the page. The second worked perfectly. I contacted the company for a refund/replacement and received no response. Changed to 1 star - the company never responded to a refund or replacement

We have been buying from V4Ink for a long time. These are the best 3rd party toner suppliers we've come across (not the absolute BEST, but out of the ones we've tried, V4Ink has worked great for us). Cartridges interact correctly with printers. It had no weird spots or streaks and is quite long lasting. For the price, I don't think it's easy to beat.

V4INK used to be my toner supplier but recent orders have been terrible. Cartridges that broke before packing, leaking toner, blotchy prints, etc. I buy about 50 remanufactured toners a year and this is the only company I've had problems with. Their customer service is slow to respond (2 days average) and asks for a test page image, lot number, cleaning cycle of your printer and then choose the cheapest shipping method for a replacement. The top half of the page prints fine, but smudges appear on the bottom. price is great. The cartridge may need to be broken open and RENEWED after some time - stains only appear on the label sheets and the paper prints fine

One of the cartridges I received didn't last long. This caused our printer to start making noise. I contacted the company with my complaint but received no response. I will try this product again as it usually works great but if it happens again with a different cartridge I will have to make changes.

I bought a refurbished HP P2015 printer to work from home. I was hesitant to buy a laser printer because of my previous experience that toner cartridges are very expensive. I was pleasantly surprised to find them. They work great and are very inexpensive. My HP printer recognized them immediately and there were no printing problems.
