I needed a replacement drum unit for my brother and the V4ink reviews were excellent. Delivery was fast. Replacing the drum was very easy. The only problem was that the counter reset instructions that came with it didn't apply to my model. I checked the Brother website and got the correct instructions on how to reset the drum counter. The printer accepted the drum and I printed very well. I can't rate durability as it was only installed a few days ago, so I'm giving it 4 stars for now.

A lot of these toners that we buy from this brand and other brands don't have the same lifespan as OEM but they are 1/4 the price so we have it here with it. We have been buying this brand for many years. We have issues here and there, but for the most part they work and get the job done so the price justifies it.

After installing and trying everything I couldn't get this to print a blank page with no gray haze across the page. I have reinstalled this and the original drum with the following results: This drum: always leaves a gray haze Factory drum: print is always clean and crisp.

I have a small business and have done some work with them. And paying for Brother OEM toners/drums has gotten VERY VERY expensive. (Look, you'll see) took a chance with these 3rd party devices and they work just like the OEM. If there is a difference, I can't tell the difference. Save your money and buy them.

I have been using V4INK products for a while now and while the OEM inks are usually excellent they are generally very similar in quality. For the price, there's just no argument this is a great deal.

Items as described. However when I installed it on my Brother printer it still had a message to replace the drum and we have already done so. I see no problem with the drum. Our prints came out quite well. It's worth your money. That's better than spending more money on the original. While this is recommended if you want to save a few bucks, this is the best option.

I was skeptical ordering a non brand drum but in fact it is perfect. Haven't had any problems with it for over a month now. And it's MUCH cheaper than Brother's. Some people have complained about the printer not restarting, but that's not the point. You really need to go into the menu settings and reset them. It's actually very simple, very intuitive. I will never buy a Brother drum unit or toner cartridge again.
