I've had these foam filters for years. You can usually take them off, wash them, and put them back on again and again. One of them broke (fusion line) when it was first installed. Bad sign.

These filters fit my Shopvac 5275 so they are worth something but they didn't come with the all important mounting cap which not only keeps the filter cartridge in place but closes also at the bottom to prevent dust from entering the cartridge. I bought another cartridge elsewhere for about the same price and it came with a locking cap so I could end up using it. However, only 3 stars because my Shopvac originally did not have a paper cartridge and I urgently needed this fixative.

The GIB filters were exactly what I needed - they fit the ShopVac perfectly, offer good suction, capture dust and dirt, are durable and well designed. In fact, the gaskets and support mesh are as durable as OEM filters, and the filter gasket is durable and easy to clean. I will definitely be ordering more of these filters when I need my next replacement. Good price.
