VacMaster VacStrip Vacuum Packaging Combo Review

Very happy with the VacMaster bags, we use them with our Food Saver vacuum sealer. High quality bags at a very reasonable price. As you know, Food Saver bags and rolls get really expensive. We've had issues with Food Saver cans cracking and losing the vacuum after very little use. They have reacted very little to this problem of which they are fully aware.

I have a FoodSaver vacuum machine and these bags work well with it. This varied pack offers a good range of bags at a reasonable price. I use my sealer for many things, one of which is repackaging freeze dried hiking products. The original packaging usually has quite a lot of air in the bag and takes up extra space in the packaging. This problem can be solved with a 1 liter vacuum bag and food can be cooked and eaten from the bag.

I've used different brands of vacuum packs. However, after using them, I didn't realize how poor the quality of the others was. I was shocked. I use them for my dried products, which tend to have sharp edges. I wasn't sure if they would work because every other brand I used I had to double bag everything. We have a Foodsaver V3880 which we recently received from Costco. Obviously, Foodsaver pouches are a recurring expense when you start vacuuming, so we set out to find an alternative to save money (that's the whole idea, right?).
