Arrived in strange and incorrectly sealed bags covered in some kind of gel/ looked used. At 10.00 you should not return, but they must be completely disassembled and disinfected before use.

Article arrived broken. I opened the ziplock bag and the piece of plastic came out first. And then, upon further examination, on the second suck, there was some sort of gel around the hole and inside, and there was a little hair stuck in the gel. I can understand things breaking in transit, but when you buy new ones, expect new ones. Or at least clean it to try to keep it looking new. Will return.

No instructions. I didn't know you could use it for pain relief. How does it relieve pain? How long should I use it in one place or area? How often? I understand that it helps the circuit in a way. It would be nice to have a little guide explaining the concept. I've used it on various areas of the body in hopes of increasing blood flow. I don't know if that's the case, but I hope so.
