No instructions. I didn't know you could use it for pain relief. How does it relieve pain? How long should I use it in one place or area? How often? I understand that it helps the circuit in a way. It would be nice to have a little guide explaining the concept. I've used it on various areas of the body in hopes of increasing blood flow. I don't know if that's the case, but I hope so.
