Difficult to shape at first

It does the job BUT it is very difficult to shape. You need to knead this clay for some time before you can shape it. My 8 year old needed help at the very beginning of his project because the clay was very harsh. After about 15 minutes while I was kneading and rolling out the clay, he was able to build whatever he wanted with no problems. What I like about this clay is that it doesn't crack after curing.

I will say this worked great for me when I needed to create mini sculpts in .

As a newbie to pottery, sculpting, sculpting etc I have to say this worked great for me when I needed to make mini sculpts in class. I don't know much about clay but it was pretty easy for me (not a sculptor) to use and it helped me pass my class. Again, I am far from being a professional sculptor. So if you want professional tone with professional results, be sure to check out other reviews to confirm that.

The color was greenish yellow. Not Yellow

This tone met my needs and was easy to work with, but I hated the color. Let me explain: I bought this to sculpt a design on a face cast to be cast in special effects makeup prosthetics. After I've cast the figure, I just throw away the used clay because there are still plaster residues on it. But if I plan to mold them into something cute that I'd love to put on a shelf to admire, I'd return them. . I thought the tone was a true yellow, like a lemon. Instead, it was a fluorescent green-yellow,
