👔 Boys' Clothing: Van Heusen Stretch Jacket Review

This jacket looks like metallic silver, but it's not. It's more of a velvety grey. At first we were very disappointed but we dressed in a black shirt, silver, white and black tie and black trousers. The result was very dramatic!

The entire jacket is very beautiful. Excellent quality. The only complaint I have is that both sleeves are missing either a stain or a piece of fabric. It happened like this. I'm working on returning and getting another. I hope he's back in time for my son's prom.

I needed a jacket for my seventh year to wear to a wedding and not go broke. I had heard of the Van Heusen shirt brand, so I had a reputation as a household name. It was a great price for a structured jacket. Sharp look, slim fit. Excellent purchase. In terms of sizing, it definitely runs small. I bought a size 18 and it fits well for a 12 year old boy with an average height of about 5ft 2in.

This is a very good jacket! We got it for a one time use at a wedding but my kid thought it looked "cool" so I kept wearing it. Seems well done! Doesn't rip, the seams don't tear, there are no snags on the fabric. The buttons are sewn on well. The fit is of course not individual, but for a "rack fit" it fits very well. Exactly in size! Overall I would say this jacket definitely gets a thumbs up for me. I recommend and will order more!

I bought three of these to wear rings to our wedding and they look amazing! Definitely a quality product. When we bought it, we had to exchange two for a larger size. Would recommend if there is a size up between sizes.

Good jacket. Well constructed. Good quality fabric. The color is nice, goes well with many pants colors. weight is average. The only thing small. My son is 11 and very skinny and this jacket is a size 12 and a bit short. So I think one size bigger is better!

VERY cool, very sharp, nice material that irons out nicely with a spritz of water and a little touch up. It's cropped to fit him just like a smaller version of dad. There is nothing here that a person could not like. Cut, pockets, lining, material density. This is a good price and a very smart piece of clothing for a young man.

This is a great and stylish jacket! It's not too heavy, but it's just what you need for a great day. it is well made and the fabric is nice. can be dressed up and down.

I was always afraid that the given size would not fit. This is one of those cases where it lives up to expectations! Great stretch shirt for a child and I absolutely love it.

Disappointing! This is the navy blue jacket that we bought. The fabric on the inside of the collar is WHITE (Is it a flannel-like fabric under the collar? Why?). So, from the back of my son, you can see white under the collar. I don't know why they couldn't use navy blue or even black fabric which would be less noticeable. We were short on time and still had to use the jacket.

the material was perfect but i have to send it back because my 13 year old didn't fit in it ☹ but because of the color and the whole thing it was perfect and yes i will recommend it even if i couldn't keep it with you guys. 💖 👌😊

My son is not skinny, but he is not heavy either. He is 4'11 and weighs around 115-120. I bought him this hoping it would suit my brother's wedding and it worked! It was expensive for just a kids blazer.

They fit perfectly and managed to get it to the dry cleaner for my son to wear a cotillon on Sunday! Looks good. A small drawing in light blue that I didn't notice but liked nonetheless.

My son is a tall, lean 12 year old (97 pounds). We tried both the 14th and 16th sizes. There wasn't much difference between them, so take the 16th.

I used the timeless jacket for the biography costume at school. This is a very nice quality. My son usually wears a size 10 but I got him a size 12 to give him room to grow. Very pretty and well made. My son is about 4 feet 2 inches and about 50 pounds. He is tall and slim. Size 7 is a bit small for size 8 and goes great with the shirt underneath.

This is a beautiful fitted jacket. I say Becca is ready to go, our son is small - quite small and can usually wear a size 10. It's a size 13 and he wore it. The sleeves barely reach the wrists, but each bend at the elbow raises them significantly. Looks very high quality and the blue color is nice. Definitely a nice little jacket! Just pay attention to the sizes.

This is a really good jacket, excellent quality. Good material, lined inside pocket. The boys' jacket is just as well made as the men's jacket. Good enough for a special occasion - weddings (also as part of a wedding party) etc. You may need to choose the size according to the sleeve length. My son is a size 16 with short sleeves. This is a very well tailored jacket with good stretch for comfort. As always, Van Heusen used excellent materials for this. It will endure a lot of use and wear and tear. Nice performance too. Matching pants are available, both are dry clean only.
