Surprised by the last review

I liked the material of the shirt, the cut, the price and I hope it doesn't shrink in the wash (it's a mixed fabric). The sleeves were long enough but not too long. The white was nice and light and would look good with a suit and tie. If possible I will look for the same in a different color. Arrived quickly too.

Pros
  • Buena tela y justo la Talla Que indica el anuncio.
Cons
  • The shirt may not fit well over time, resulting in rips or tears in the fabric after frequent wear.

Interesting distribution process.

The shirt is fine. This shirt came without a mailing envelope or box. just a shirt with an address label. I was shocked. Good quality shirt..

Pros
  • Good quality shirt.
Cons
  • Not everyone likes a button-down collar, which limits the shirt's appeal.

Excellent shirt made of polyester and cotton

Polyester-cotton is hard to find these days, but I looked for this because my wrinkle-resistant cotton shirts wear out really quickly. So glad I found it and the tailoring is excellent.

Pros
  • The shirt was dirty
Cons
  • The material may not be breathable enough, making the wearer uncomfortable in situations where they can overheat.

Works perfectly...! - my new rating

Nice shirt made of high quality material, but very big. I ordered a shirt in the same size I've worn for 10 years and it was too big. I certainly haven't declined in recent years. Especially in the middle part.

Pros
  • Fits as advertised
Cons
  • The shirt may be too expensive for some people, making it unaffordable or not a priority purchase.

Looks good in my opinion

The waist runs slightly large due to the need for an 18 1/2 neck measurement. It doesn't matter that it can't be worn and the quality is very good.

Pros
  • Here fast and good fit, satisfied with the product..
Cons
  • The button-down design may not be convenient for those with fine motor skills or dexterity issues.

Corresponds to my rating.

I made this shirt half a size bigger compared to my old one which was a bit tight. I can breathe now The main part of the shirt is a bit oversized for me, but not much can be changed in terms of the required neck and arm length. I'm 6-4 and about 220 pounds. Ordered 17.5 36/37. i have long arms

Pros
  • Fits Pete, looks lovely, the fabric has a great texture and can be washed and worn or professionally cleaned to look even better.
Cons
  • Due to the lack of versatility of patterned shirts, solid colors can be uninteresting or boring to some people.

shirt or lab coat?

This shirt is made of thick material and runs larger than expected. It looked more like a lab coat than a shirt. I give it back!

Pros
  • FABRIC CAN BE THICKER
Cons
  • A lack of stretch can limit the user's range of motion or comfort level, especially during physical activity.

I love this shirt! to my rating.

I love button down oxford shirts for work. They fit well and my previous ones have lasted for many years. I am very happy with my new shirts.

Pros
  • Good quality. Light, nice shirt.
Cons
  • The color may not match all skin tones or personal style, limiting the shirt's desirability.

Crease-resistant - buttons fall off

I have bought several of these shirts for work and travel. These shirts don't wrinkle. When I travel I take them out of my suitcase and they are always crumpled. When I'm home I take them out of the drawer and they're crumpled. I always have to iron shirts to smooth out wrinkles. You can see the creases in the photo. I also have problems where the buttons just came off. Recently this happened on the collar and one in the chest area. It would be nice if they strengthened the buttons better. The…

Pros
  • EASY CARE: machine washable; Dry cleaning is not required
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

No creases.

I bought this at first thinking that a 40% polyester blend could make it really wrinkle resistant. However, I just washed them, put them in the dryer straight away (bought three) and got them out when the bell rang, and was severely disappointed. Labels say polyester is only 15% not 40% which means they need to be dried. They definitely need to be ironed. They come out so rumpled you can't wear them to work. The collars don't even have a permanent crease, so they don't blow either. The shirts…

Pros
  • 85% cotton, 15% polyester
Cons
  • Nothing here

Poor stitching

When this shirt arrived it had threads sticking out of the seams which I had to trim. My husband only wore this shirt to the office three times, but it ripped near the cuff on one sleeve. I'm not sure if the shirt I received was defective but the quality is extremely poor and I wouldn't buy another unless I can get a replacement with better stitching.

Pros
  • Button closure
Cons
  • Exchange available

I have bought several shirts of this style (Van Heusen Pinpoint Oxford) in the past - they all fit true to size. But the last one was a mess. The shoulder/armholes were completely out of proportion to the rest of the shirt - they hung well below my actual shoulders, creating a roomy fit. Eventually this also resulted in the sleeves becoming too long and gathered, a pirate sleeve effect. Same size as my last orders - 17.5 x 34-35 sleeves but poor fit I think. Should have recognized it by the…
