👔 Van Heusen Men's Regular Button-Down Shirt with Collar Review

good shirt I like Van Heusen I have about 8 of these in different colors - just FYI - the sleeves are a bit longer but if you need 2xl and short height, that's what you're dealing with. With some types of shirts you can choose the sleeve length, but not the button placket. (I checked with the Van Heusen shop) No problem, although I just roll them up a bit and usually wear a sweater with them - so I don't really care (I'm 5ft 7in, just for reference) )

This 2XL shirt fits quite well. Of course the neck is too small. I'm 17 1/2 (fairly comfortable) - 18 1/2 (very comfortable). The rest of the shirt fits fairly well, a little baggy, but I'll have to deal with that unless I go to a tailor. I would also like a 100% polyester shirt for super lightness and coolness (depending on the temperature). Spring. I would definitely recommend it to cheaper ($12.99) shirts that don't fit at all. Shirt of decent quality but ridiculously large. I ordered a medium sized black shirt. The label inside the shirt shows the neck size 15-15.5 and the sleeves 34-35. The sleeves are about right, but the neck is 16.5-17, and the chest and stomach are outrageously large. I'm 5ft 10 and 170lbs, usually between standard medium and large. I wear a size 4 jacket. I could easily slip a basketball under this shirt and still not take up all the space.

This isn't quite what I thought of as "twill". This is a MUCH lighter material than I was hoping for - more suitable for summer. The color is great but there is a slight sheen that I don't like. It fits big for "big". But the description says it all, and for those of us with small tummies, this is a good alternative to the all-too-common tight shirts.

I liked the shirt, comfortable and the size fits. When I first saw the shirt I thought the color was inaccurate - the color was scarlet - but after putting it on I realized that the light I was viewing it in was not good. The color is quite nice and not as bright as I initially thought. I would be very comfortable wearing this in a professional setting.

I really wanted to like this shirt. especially at this price. However, I ordered a large, which is my NORMAL size, but it turned out to be rather large and tall - it has a 16.5-17.0 inch collar and 35-35 inch sleeves ! I have a lot of shirts. , many of which are owned by Van Heusan and this is the first time I have come across such a discrepancy! Of particular note, this shirt is said to say "MEETS AS EXPECTED" in the reviews, which I can't believe!

This is a beautiful shirt. When I buy shirts online for my husband the sizes often vary widely due to what some manufacturers refer to as a large size XL etc. While he may have worn a size down in the middle, the neckline was big enough for the button to fasten be able. put on a tie (his neck is about 17). The sleeves are a bit long (I don't remember if there was a choice) but with an inner button they are enough.
